*Alarm management

The total number of unread alarm data will be displayed on the home page.

In the alarm management application, you can view all the alarm data of all devices.Clicking the “View all” button will mark all messages as read.

If the device reports an SOS or Alert alarm, the alarm can be remotely deactivated. If the device is offline, the deactivation command will be stored in the device’s downlink and will be sent out once the device comes online.
